It doesn't surprise me this is an Aamozn company, as it is a very slick operation which, like them, is very dynamic and moves with the times. I rarely watch TV anymore, just rely on lovefilm to keep me stocked up on what I actually want to watch and at a time that suits me.

Great customer service

Any problem that I have ever had with these guys has been sorted so quickly and with so much care on their part. They have excellent customer service and will do almost anything to keep their customers.
Only downside is that the streaming isn't always so good, it's often choppy and takes forever to load.

A lot better now
Got Lovefilm for my PS3, at first it was a waste of 6.99 a month, now with new TV series etc (I am watching lost from start to end at the moment) it's very good value for money.
